Inlay Overview
Vertical and
Horizontal center
lines laid out.
Inlays are glued to the
fretboard. From there I
use a scribe to mark in
the wood where we
need to route.
Chalk is rubbed into
scribed lines making
them more visible.
Main area is routed out
with a larger bit. Corners
get routed with a smaller
bit and cleaned up with a
chisel.
Fretboard tapered. Inlays leveled
using radius block and radius jig
shown in the previous video.
